Payments and Refunds

  • Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement.
  • Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Work already completed is non-refundable.

Revisions and Timeline

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed in the project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Estimated timelines are provided as guidance and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.

Limitation of Liability

Porto Build is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

We respect intellectual property rights. You confirm that any materials you provide to us do not infringe on third-party rights. AI-generated content is provided as a creative tool, and you are responsible for final review and approval.
